📦 Processing & Production Time

All of our tables are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your item ships. 

We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

đźšš Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We ship through trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the size and destination of the item. Delivery times vary by location, but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipping.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

🛡️ Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • Email us at alymack.store@gmail.com

We’ll work with you to repair or replace the item.

We currently ship within the continental U.S. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us before placing your order.
