What is the story behind the name of Alymack?

The name Alymack is a blend of our daughters' names—our biggest inspiration. What started as a creative outlet after long workdays quickly became something more. Working with wood and resin gave us the chance to slow down, spend time together, and build not just furniture, but memories full of laughter and learning.

We started this business to share that joy—and to show our daughters what it means to follow a passion, work hard, and create with purpose. Our hope is that every piece we make carries a bit of that love and connection into someone else’s home.

What makes Alymack's tables unique?

Every piece we make is handcrafted in Minnesota by our small, family-run shop using real hardwoods - oak, maple, alder - and high-quality resin. No two tables are ever the same- each one has its own natural grain patterns, color variations, and pour style. We do our best to accurately represent each table, but color can vary slightly due to lighting, wood grain, and screen settings. Each table is truly one of a kind, so some natural variation is expected and adds to its character.

Can I customize the size, color, or design?

We are willing to hear what you have in mind and see if we can collaborate to find something that works. We can provide some custom options such as dimensions, wood type, and resin color. When will my order ship and how do I check the status?

All of our tables are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your item ships. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Once your item is complete and shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for your item to arrive after shipping.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because each table we make is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom or made-to-order items such as the ocean and river tables.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you believe there's been an error with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery by using our contact us form or emailing at alymack.store@gmail.com. We'll work with you to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or request changes to your order as long as it hasn't been processed for shipping. To cancel or make changes, please reach out to our support team by submitting your request through contact us form on our website or by emailing alymack.store@gmail.com.

How do I care for my table?

To keep your table looking its best, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth—no harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Avoid placing hot items directly on the surface, and use coasters or trivets to protect against heat and scratches. Keep the table out of direct sunlight (though it is UV resistant) and extreme temperatures to preserve the top coat.
