Refund policy

Because each table we make is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom or made-to-order items such as the ocean and river tables.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you believe there's been an error with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin creating your order and cannot accept cancellations.
